     As the proud Founder of Angels of Hope Home Care Services LLC, I bring profound experience to home healthcare. My robust educational foundation includes a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from St. Augustine's University and an Associate's degree in Substance Abuse Counseling from Wake Tech Community College. This academic grounding perfectly complements my extensive career, which spans fifteen years with the State of North Carolina at Dorothea Dix Hospital on the Forensic Unit, four years at Central Regional Hospital in Butner, and nine years at UNC Health-Mental Health and Substance Abuse Detox Center. This diverse and extensive background has instilled in me a steadfast commitment to compassionate, expert, and holistically informed care, ensuring Angels of Hope provides true understanding and professional support to every client in the comfort of their home.

I am the Director for Angels of Hope Home Care Services, LLC. I oversee the support staff, ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. With [20] years of experience as a Qualified Professional and a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Norfolk State University, I am passionate about delivering compassionate and effective care to clients in their homes. 

Chasity Banks completed her undergraduate course study in 2023 at The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, RollTide! Although her heart bleeds for the Crimson Tide, she is a Raleigh, North Carolina native who is not only dedicated to lifelong learning but helping others as well. Being self-taught within this field has not stopped Miss Banks in the least, as she continues to work to elevate the image of Angels of Hope.
